These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vidup website and platform. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must give an accurate email address and keep your access credentials secure. You must be authorized to submit any script, article, or URL you provide to generate a video.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting content you do not have the right to use, generating material that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, interfering with the platform, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under any money-back period we offer. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Your content and ownership

You retain all rights to the source content you submit, and you own the videos Vidup generates for you, subject to any third-party licenses that apply to stock footage, music, or other media included in a video. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your content and produce, store, and deliver your videos. We claim no ownership over your source material.

AI-generated output

Vidup uses AI to generate voiceover, captions, footage selection, and music arrangement from the content you provide. Automated output can contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing each finished video before you publish or distribute it and for ensuring it complies with the rules of any platform you post it to.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Enterprise plans may include specific service-level agreements.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, we will delete or return your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
