Renderforest pricing in 2026 is $15 a month for Lite, $39 for Pro, and $59 for Business on monthly billing, or $9, $19, and $39 a month billed yearly ($108, $228, and $468 a year). There is also a free plan with watermarked 720p exports, and single videos can be bought without a plan for $9 at 720p, $24 at 1080p, and $49 at 4K. The real differences between tiers are export resolution, the size of the yearly AI credit pool, and whether you get a reseller license.

Renderforest is an all-in-one creative suite: video templates for intros, explainers, and promos, an AI text to video tool, generative video models, a logo maker, mockups, and a website builder, all on one subscription. The figures below are US dollar prices from the plan data the Renderforest pricing page loads, read in October 2026. If you open the pricing page from outside the US, it shows your local currency, which is one reason the numbers you see on review sites do not match.

Renderforest pricing plans in 2026

PlanBilled monthlyBilled yearly (per month)AI creditsExport and extras
Free$0$0Limited720p with Renderforest watermark, limited templates and stock
Lite$15$9 ($108 a year)800 a month, 9,600 a year720p template exports, 1M+ stock assets, 10 GB storage
Pro$39$19 ($228 a year)2,400 a month, 28,800 a year1080p, 5M+ stock assets, unlimited Renderforest Fast AI clips at 480p and 720p, 50 GB storage
Business$59$39 ($468 a year)6,000 a month, 72,000 a year4K, reseller license for up to 10 clients, team management, unlimited Renderforest Fast clips up to 1080p, 100 GB per seat

The yearly discount is steep: 40 percent on Lite, about 51 percent on Pro, and 34 percent on Business. That makes Pro billed yearly the obvious pick for most paying users, because for $10 a month more than Lite you get 1080p, three times the credits, five times the storage, and unlimited clips from the in-house AI model. Monthly billing only makes sense if you need one project done and plan to cancel.

What the single video price means

Renderforest sells exports one at a time to people without a plan: $9 for a 720p video, $24 for 1080p, and $49 for 4K. It is a fair deal for a one-off, such as a wedding slideshow or a single event promo. For a business it stops making sense quickly. Two 1080p exports cost $48, which is more than a full month of Pro on monthly billing and more than two months of Pro billed yearly. If you expect to publish video more than once a quarter, buy a plan.

How Renderforest credits work

Templates, the logo maker, and the website builder do not use credits. Credits pay for AI generation: AI video clips, AI images, and AI voice work. Every paid plan gets a monthly allowance (800, 2,400, or 6,000), and the yearly figure is simply twelve months of that.

The catch is that each AI model costs a different number of credits per clip, and the cost rises with resolution. The plan table on the Renderforest pricing page lists 1,368 clips from its own Renderforest Pro model at 720p on Lite, but only 48 clips from Seedance 2.5 at the same resolution. Premium models such as Kling, Seedance, and Veo burn the pool many times faster than the in-house model. If your plan is to make generated footage with the big-name models, count clips, not credits, before you buy.

Pro and Business soften this with unlimited generations from the Renderforest Fast model (480p and 720p on Pro, up to 1080p on Business). Those clips are good for backgrounds and B-roll, less so for hero shots.

Why Renderforest prices look different on every review site

Search for Renderforest pricing and you will find Lite at $9, $13, or $14, Pro at $19, $24, or $28, and Business at $29, $44, or $59. Three things cause it. First, the pricing page renders in local currency, so a reviewer outside the US converts a local price back to dollars and rounds it. Second, sites mix monthly and yearly figures without saying which is which. Third, older plan names still sit in Renderforest data, including an Amateur plan at $19.99 a month and a Pro AI plan at $59, so pages written a year or two ago describe a different lineup.

Budget from the dollar figure in the checkout, on the billing period you actually choose. As of October 2026 that is $9, $19, or $39 a month on yearly billing.

Which Renderforest plan should you buy?

Lite fits a very small business that needs a logo, a simple website, and an occasional promo. The limit is 720p: it looks soft on a laptop, on YouTube, and on a landing page, so it is a weak choice for anything customer facing.

Pro is the plan most businesses should buy. It is the first with 1080p, it has the stock library most templates expect, and unlimited Renderforest Fast clips keep you from running dry on simple B-roll. At $19 a month billed yearly it is one of the cheapest 1080p plans among text and template video tools.

Business is for agencies and teams. The reseller license lets you sell videos to up to 10 clients, team management lets several people work under one account, and 4K exports are included. Storage is 100 GB per seat, so the plan scales with headcount.

Renderforest vs a flat text to video plan

Renderforest is the better buy when you want templates. A polished intro, a logo sting, an animated explainer with a fixed structure: you pick a template, change the text and colors, and export. The suite also covers logos, mockups, and a website, so it can replace three subscriptions for a new small business. If that business is starting from scratch and also needs a site, an AI website builder that writes and builds the whole site for you covers more pages than the Renderforest builder, while Renderforest keeps the video and brand assets.

Marketing teams that publish every week usually hit a different wall. Each template still needs scenes replaced, text slides rewritten, and music chosen, which is 30 to 60 minutes per video even when the template is good. The Renderforest text to video tool helps, but it takes up to 2,500 characters per generation, roughly a 400 word script, and opens the draft in the editor for review.

VidUp is built for that weekly job. Paste a script of up to 20,000 characters, a blog post, or a product URL, and it returns a finished video in one render: AI voiceover, word-timed captions, licensed stock footage matched to each line, and music, in 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 at once. Plans count finished videos, not credits.

The honest read: on sticker price Renderforest wins, and if you need logos, intros, or a template look, stay with it. If your cost is the hours your team spends turning blog posts and product pages into weekly video, compare the price of a finished video instead. The Renderforest alternative page walks through that switch and how to test it before renewal, and the blog to video page shows the one pass from article to finished file.

To compare more tools, how much AI video generators cost prices 17 tools per finished video, and AI video pricing without credits covers the flat-plan options. If you are also looking at template and animation tools, Steve AI pricing and InVideo pricing break down those plans the same way. You can test VidUp on your own script in the console at the top of this page, then pick a plan on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions about Renderforest pricing

How much does Renderforest cost per month?

Renderforest costs $15 a month for Lite, $39 for Pro, and $59 for Business on monthly billing. Billed yearly the same plans cost $9, $19, and $39 a month, which is $108, $228, and $468 a year. There is also a free plan with watermarked 720p exports.

Is Renderforest free?

Renderforest has a free plan, but every export carries the Renderforest watermark and is limited to 720p, with a reduced template and stock library. It is fine for testing templates. For a video you publish for a business, plan on Pro, the first plan with 1080p.

Can I pay for one Renderforest video without a subscription?

Yes. Renderforest sells single exports for $9 at 720p, $24 at 1080p, and $49 at 4K. It is worth it for a one-off project. If you need two or more 1080p videos, Pro billed yearly at $19 a month costs less than paying per video.

What are Renderforest credits used for?

Credits pay for AI generation: AI video clips, AI images, and AI voice. Templates, logos, and the website builder do not use them. Lite includes 800 credits a month, Pro 2,400, and Business 6,000, and each AI model costs a different number of credits per clip, rising with resolution.

Does Renderforest export in 4K?

Only on Business, at $59 a month or $39 a month billed yearly, or as a single 4K export for $49. Lite exports 720p and Pro exports 1080p. Business also adds the reseller license and team management.

Can I cancel Renderforest anytime?

Yes, a Renderforest subscription can be cancelled from your account settings, and it renews automatically until you do. On a yearly plan, cancel before the renewal date if you plan to switch, and download the MP4 files of every video you use on your site or channels first.
